As a result, it seems Microsoft will not support Project Gear devices in its Xbox One console.
Microsoft’s support of third-parties’ software has been a sticking point for developers since Microsoft first announced Project Gears, the first-party suite of tools to support third-gen Xbox hardware.
It was only in 2017, however, that Microsoft started to offer a more robust third- party platform for developers to create third-generation games.
